JAPEX 2025 - ADDITIONAL SUPPLIER DELEGATE REGISTRATION

Companies already registered with a booth space can add additional non-appointment taking delegates. This form allows you to register one delegate. We recommend that each participating delegate registers themselves using their email address. You will need the Reference Number from your booth registration in order to complete this form.

            All credit card transactions will be processed by First Atlantic Commerce in US dollars via the Jamaica Hotel & Tourist Association located at 2 Ardenne Road, Kingston, Jamaica. 

             

            Cancellations received before September 1, 2025 will receive full reimbursement of registration fees less a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after September 1, 2025 are not eligible for a refund.

            ** NOTE: Please see the steps for Suppliers to Pay By Cheque:

            1. Make your cheque payable to: Jamaica Hotel & Tourist Association
            2. Print your JAPEX Invoice that you will receive via email
            3. Send both the invoice and your cheque to the JHTA head office: 2 Ardenne Rd., Kingston 10
