JAPEX 2026 - SUPPLIER REGISTRATION

Companies interested in participating must be JHTA members selling travel products and services to tour operators. The following company types can register under the supplier category: 
 

  • Accommodations (bed and breakfasts, chains, management companies, resorts, timeshares, villas)
  • Attractions
  • Destination management companies
  • Tourist board, destination marketing organizations/promotion board, hotel association
  • Transportation companies (airlines, car rentals)

      JAPEX BOOTH SELECTION INSTRUCTIONS

      Suppliers, you now have the option to choose your own booth size and location from the JAPEX floor plan. Booths are no longer assigned—you select the space that works best for you. Available booth sizes are small, standard, and large. You can also combine booths, such as two standard/large booths or a large and a standard. For larger custom spaces, contact us at [email protected].

       

      To begin, click the “Select a Booth” button below. Once the floor plan appears, choose your booth(s), then click “Continue” at the top to proceed with your registration.

      Standard Booth - $1,200

      Your booth comes with:

      • Pipe & Drapes Booth Space measuring
        8 ft wide x 6 ft deep
      • 1 Set Pre-scheduled Appointments for 1 Delegate
      • Daily Lunch and Coffee Breaks
      • 1 Table with 2 Chairs
      • Discounted rates at host hotels

      Small Booth - $550

      NOTE: ONLY FOR HOTELS 50 ROOM & UNDER

      Your booth comes with: 

      • Pipe & Drapes Booth Space measuring
        6 wide ft x 6 ft deep
      • 1 Set Pre-scheduled Appointments for 1 Delegate
      • Daily Lunch and Coffee Breaks
      • 1 Small Table with 2 Chairs
      • Discounted rates at host hotels
      • Subject to JHTA Approval

      Large Booth - $1,900

      Your booth comes with:

      • Pipe & Drapes Booth Space measuring
        10 ft wide x 6 ft deep
      • 2 Set Pre-scheduled Appointments for 2 Delegates
      • Daily Lunch and Coffee Breaks
      • 1 Table with 4 Chairs
      • Discounted rates at host hotels

      NOTE: ONLY FOR STANDARD & LARGE BOOTHS 
      You can combine booths, such as follows:

      • Standard + Standard Booth - $2,400
        Total Space: 16 ft wide x 6 ft deep
      • Large + Standard Booth - $3,100
        Total Space: 18 ft wide x 6 ft deep
      • Large + Large Booth - $3,800
        Total Space: 20 ft wide x 6 ft deep
