General Questions
We utilize an event management platform hosted by etouches.com. Registration is very simple. Enter the email address on which you received your invitation to register. The system will only accept pre-approved registrants based on the email address we have for you in our system.
The next steps of registration require you to enter your details. We have pre-loaded some accounts in which case we only require you to check that we have your up-to-date details. Once you submit these details, you will be asked if you want to register other delegates. With this feature we allow you to register other pre-approved persons only. If they are new to your organization and not in our system please contact us at info@jhta.org for approval. Upon approval we will add them to the system and they will then be able to register.
If you are not registering anyone else, select that option and you will move on to our payment page. We accept only credit cards for this event. Please fill out the form accordingly and submit. Upon approval you will be sent an email and taken to a page where you may access a copy of your receipt or an invoice, if required.
In your confirmation email, you will be given a registration number. Please be sure to retain this number as it is your access code to our system and to making your appointments.
